Santa Barbara residents and visitors are invited to celebrate shopping Downtown and indulge in exclusive in-store discounts, events and seasonal premiers as they stroll along State Street and surrounding side streets. Pamper yourself with this fall’s latest and greatest and spoil the kids as they prepare to go back to school, all at Shop Spree SB!
Kick off the eve of Shop Spree SB on Thursday, September 8th at 6pm in the Paseo Nuevo Shopping Center with Fashion’s Nights Out, a global initiative to celebrate fashion and to put the fun back in shopping! Stop by the Center Court for in-store events, demos and photo booths while DJ Bennet and DJ Ty Ash-Lascuca spin fun music for shoppers to dance the night away in style.
Fall into the savings this season during the Shop Spree SB weekend where you will find over 35 locations offering incentives and unique in-store events while you get your shop on. Participating retailers will offer a range of special deals including storewide discounts, raffle drawings and free gifts with purchase.
Kick start your shopping shoes at Ultimate Bagels with a free coffee with the purchase of a bagel and map out your Downtown itinerary for the day. Prepare to unwind from a full day of discounts with a stop by East Beach Wine to pick up a free logo pocket corkscrew with the purchase of $10.00 or more. Continue down the catwalk to Betsey Johnson for the fall preview debut featuring live models showing off this season’s hottest trends, a free gift with any purchase over $50.00, a bounce back coupon and a special secret promotion. Send your kids back to school in style at Savvy on State with 10% off all Toms shoes and 15% off all apparel. Don’t forget the accessories! Crossroads Trading Company will offer free select jewelry with purchases along with a free reusable tote bag when you recycle $100 of your fashion to Crossroads. Carry on over to Coldwater Creek to get bundled up for fall and buy any jacket and receive a pant 50% off. Stop in the Aveda Store to help you look your best this season with a free travel-sized crème and sample of style-prep product with the purchase of $50 or more. Close out your shopping spree with something sweet. Head over to Chocolate Opulence for 10% off gourmet chocolates, French macaroons and more.
Finally, finish off your first day of indulgence in Paseo Nuevo Center Court with live Pop, Jazz, Soul and Blues music performed by the Santa Barbara Youth Music Academy from 4:00-7:00pm. Come back for a second performance on Saturday from 2:00-5:00pm and head back out onto State Street for another round of discounts and delights.
